Adornmazing Return Policy

At Adornmazing, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy that allows you to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that the conditions below are met.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition. The item must include all original documentation, including certificates, appraisals, and packaging.

• Custom and Engraved Items: Custom-made items, engraved pieces, or items that have been modified at your request are not eligible for return.

• Special Orders: Items that are marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Special Order' are not eligible for return.

• Gift cards: we do not accept returns on gift cards.

Return Process:

1. Request a Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@adornmazing.com within 30 days of receiving your item to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

3. Shipping: Use the provided return shipping label to send the item back to us. We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@adornmazing.com.

 

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may also be deducted from your refund if applicable.

 

  • International Orders: For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Gift Returns:

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Gift returns will be processed as store credit.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items

• Items marked as “Final Sale”

• Items that have been altered or modified

Gift cards

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, size, or product. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is follow the return process outlined above to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
