What are AdornMazing pieces made of?
Our pieces are made with S925 sterling silver bases, finished with white-gold or 18K gold plating, and set with genuine moissanite stones. They are plated sterling silver — not solid gold — which is how we keep fine-jewelry sparkle at an affordable price.
Is the moissanite real? How do I know it’s authentic?
Yes. Every moissanite order ships with a GRA (Global Gemological Research Academy) certificate of authenticity, so you can verify exactly what you’re wearing.
What does “CT” mean on your listings?
On multi-stone pieces, the CT figure is the total carat weight of all stones. On single-stone pieces, it’s the weight of the center stone.
Do your necklaces come with a chain?
Yes — every necklace ships with its chain included.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. We provide free standard shipping on all orders.
How long until my order ships?
Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process. Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 15 business days before shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (no U.S. territories, hotels, or P.O. boxes). We also ship internationally to Australia, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you tracking information you can follow on the carrier’s website.
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy: you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the piece is unworn, undamaged, and includes all original documentation (including the certificate) and packaging. To start a return, contact contact@adornmazing.com within 30 days of receiving your item to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Custom, engraved, personalized, final-sale, and altered items can’t be returned, and gift cards aren’t refundable. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off right under EU law.
